Wandering Yogi offers:
- Express Shipping across Australia (Next day delivery to Metro areas)
- Free Shipping across Australia for all orders over $70 (2 to 5 working days)
- $10 Shipping across Australia for all orders under $70 (2 to 5 working days)
- Express International Shipping (5 to 12 working days) at a flat rate of $25 per order for a travel mat and $50 per order for a luxury mat
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. We will notify you via email once your order has been fulfilled. If you do not receive a notification email, please contact us via email (hello@luxya.co).
The delivery timeframes can occasionally be affected by issues out of our control (e.g. customs / courier delay). We will always do our best to keep you informed where a delay occurs, but we hope that won’t happen!
Note - we are unable send to PO BOXES, please ensure a valid street address is provided.
TRACK & TRACE CAPABILITY
All of our delivery options include a track and trace service. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you an email with the details you require to track the delivery status of your order.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out more information.
