Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We care about our yogis and will do everything it takes to make sure our customers are happy. That is why we accept refunds on all our items within 30 days of purchase!
In order for us to provide a refund we ask that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition with all packaging
- The item must not have been used with the transparent packaging seal not broken (for hygiene reasons!)
- You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase
Once your product return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The amount refunded is 100% of the product purchase price excluding any cost of delivery (where applicable).
EXCHANGES - DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOOD
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will assist you to resolve the issue immediately. We will of course be happy to provide you with an exchange for any damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Simply email email@example.com and we will give you all the details you need to make a return or exchange.
RETURN ADDRESS AND SHIPPING
We use a warehouse based in Victoria, Australia, that handles all of our Returns. We will provide you with the full address once you have contacted us to notify us of your intention to make a return.
You will need to arrange and pay the shipping cost incurred for returning items to Wandering Yogi. Unfortunately these costs are not covered or reimbursed by us.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of any items that you return. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
TIMING OF REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will always do our very best to process returns as quickly as we can and aim to personally respond to all Returns and Exchange and requests within 24 hours.
- For returns, we will refund you via the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 5 business days
- For exchanges, we will send your new item out and email you a new tracking number within 2 business days
